Tuacahn "Christmas in the Canyon"

Last week we went down to Mesquite with my parents, my sister Tiffany and her family, and our friends from Logan. We had tickets for the Christmas concert at Tuacahn and enjoyed watching Peter Brienholt and Ryan Schupe and the Rubberband. It was pretty cold. but we had a great time and the concert was awesome. We had Will bundled up, and he handled it all pretty well. The rest of the weekend we just relaxed for the most part. The guys went golfing and shooting, and Natalie and I went to St. George to do a little Christmas shopping. And of course, I had to play a few hands of blackjack (Imagine that), but my luck wasn't too good this trip! It was a quick trip, but one that we all enjoyed alot. We store our trailer down in Mesquite for the winter until nascar weekend, so we got that job handled too. Now winter can officially start for us I guess.

Walco Pheasant Hunt!!

Last week K.D. and his counterparts from the Logan store held a Pheasant hunt for some Walco customers. They had about 15 customers attend and hunted at the Four Mile Hunting Club in Nephi. The night before we had dinner at Ruby River and then stayed in Provo. I went along to help out and take some pictures. The weather was gorgeous and everyone had a great time hunting. The group shot about 60 pheasants and 15 chuckars. My dad and Jared came down for the afternoon to shoot birds that the group hadn't shot after most everyone had left after lunch. We all had such a good time. Hanna did a great job pointing out the birds and worked her little tail off all day.

Happy Birthday Kaylee

So I am a little slow posting Kaylee's birthday. She had a great day. After school we went to build of bear and she got a Hannah Montana bear and then we went to Sizzler for dinner. I can't believe she is 6. She is such a sweet little girl and brings so much joy to our lives. We love her so much. Happy birthday my sweet Kaylee-bug.

Busy

All I have to say is we are very busy at our house. We are doing a few improvements on our house, which I did not know that it was going to be so much work. I have hated the floor I have had in my kitchen since we moved in. I finally talked K.D. into letting me get hardwood (thanks to Camille). So we decided to paint the entry, which I have wanted to do forever and did not think that would ever get done. Well my wonderful mom and dad helped, it would not have gotten done if is was not for them. It was quite a task but it is done and looks wonderful. My dad has done so much, he put a new shower door on my tub and it looks great. I am getting tile in all my bathrooms. I have a few picture's. I will have more when its all done. I am so excited. I owe so much to my mom and dad for all the work they have done, I don't think it would of got done with out there help. I all so want to thank K.D. for his help and also for putting up with me for all the money I am spending and not complaining to much.

If you notice who is up high painting. Thanks Dad!!! If you know me at all you know I am scared of heights and he was making me way nervous up there and kept telling him don't fall and he and would say way would I want to do that.

Pheasant hunting and much more

I think when we do something, it ends up being 10 things. This morning the guys got up early and went pheasant hunting, around 11:30 K.D. had to go to work for a while. After that he came and got us and we went and moved the horses. when that was done,we went down to the farm and seperated calves to sell. While we were doing that, grammy Ann and Kaylee bottle fed a calf. Matt and Jared rode the four wheeler around shooting tweety birds. We had to take water to the horses, and then we pheasant hunted in that last few minutes before dark. It was a very busy day, but we got a lot accomplished!!!

Cute

Will's Halloween outfit. He is being silly. He is so much fun and getting quite the personality. You can almost get him to laugh.

Cute Smile!

Kaylee's Halloween outfit. I love it! Thanks to Shauna!!

Trunk or Treat

I think they are the cutest trunk or treaters ever. Jared picked Harry Potter, Kaylee says she was a princess off Pirates of the Caribbean, and my cute monkey Will.

Carving Pumpkins

K.D. and the kids had lots of fun carving pumpkins. Kaylee hated getting out the guts, she said it was really gross.

This one is Jared's!

Our camp!!

This is the group of us that went deer hunting.

Heading home. What a long haul!!

We had a really good time deer hunting!! No one shot a deer. Kasey shot at a big one but missed, it was about a 700yd shot(really far). It was fun to go camping with family and friends.
