Bowling for Tiff's B-day

My family got together Monday night at BYU and went bowling for aunt Tiffy's Birthday. We had lots of fun.

Camping and Gathering Cows

This last weekend we went up camping to find a spot to go deer hunting. It is K.D.'s first year ever that he has had a deer tag. So we got our spot all picked out and left one of the trailers up there to save our spot. It was a really busy weekend, Saturday morning we got up early and headed over to Hobble Creek to help gather cows. We got them all gathered and helped load two loads and then headed back over to Sheep Creek to our camp. That afternoon we went on a four wheeler ride with my sister Korie and her family. It was really pretty up there seeing all the bright colored leaves. We could not have asked for better weather it was perfect all weekend. We have got a busy next month with the deer hunt. Jared is so excited to go he says he is going to hike all over and find a great big buck, we will see how far he makes it, (I think he is a really big talker, we will see how far he hikes). Over all it was a good weekend but really busy.

My funny boy Jared

I went into Jared's room the other night around 10pm and he was sound asleep and I saw he clothes laying out on his floor like this. This is so Jared always ready for the next day. He makes me laugh. What a KID!

Will and Sam

My cousin Jill just adopted a new baby boy Sam. What a little cutie Sam is, but he is so tiny next to Will. I thought Will was still so little, but compared to Sam he is a giant. It was so fun to see Jill and Tim with their new baby. They are so blessed to have him. He is only a month younger than Will but he started out so small. Will was never that small.

Family

I am so grateful to have such a great family.

We had a party up to Nana and Papa's on Sunday. It was fun to have all the cousins together, they had tons of fun playing. If you notice Kaylee is the only granddaughter. There are 9 grandsons and Kaylee. She has lots of boys to watch over her and she loves it. They are all such great kids and love being at Nana and Papa's house, its way to much fun.

Yeah Kaylee

Kaylee finally learned how to ride a bike. K.D. has worked with her a few times this summer when he has had time. Sunday we were up and Nana and Papa's house and Cooper had his little bike there and Kaylee wanted to try. She is still a little nervous about it, but I think she knows she can do it. Yeah, good job Kaylee!

Walking

K .D and I try walking every night. We put the kids in bed and just walk around our block with the stroller. It is our time to talk about life and what is going on. Its nice to be with each other, but tonight Jared and Kaylee said that its unfair that we go every night with out them, so we decided to let them walk with us. It was fun to walk together as a family. We only let them go around once with us cause I think it took twice as long.

Labor Day 08

This past weekend we went camping at one of our favorite places, Palisades State Park in Sterling, Utah. It is so much fun and there is so much to do. We had a fun group of friends along. There was us, Keith and Leslee Wilson, Bob and Vicki Taylor, Nana and Papa, and Phil and Marci Simons and their kids. The guys got up early at 6 am and went golfing on Friday and Saturday, then went on a four wheeler ride afterwards on both days. The first day Will and I met them up at six mile pond and Jared and Kaylee got to fishing and they caught lots of fish. As soon as they would throw there poles out there would be a fish on. Jared rode is four wheeler up the mountain, and then they put it in the back of the truck so he could ride with dad on the way back. (he was a little slow on the way up). The second day Bob rented a canoe and he and Jared spent most of the morning out on the canoe while the other guys played golf (Bob is not a golfer). When they went on a four wheeler ride, Jared rode with Bob, and then later Bob rode on the back and let Jared drive his four wheeler and Jared thought he was on top of the world. The kids had so much fun riding bikes around the campground, but they really loved going to the lake and catchings toads. They must have caught a hundred of them (of course Jared brought them all home). It was nice being with great friends having lots of fun.
